I haven't "felt" infertile during this break month. I don't know why or how - I've had plenty of other waiting periods that were tough - but these past few weeks I almost forgot I was infertile. I did not pray for this or expect it, but as I look back I can see what a sweet gift God has given me. A true rest in my soul. Thank you Lord!
I think my period should arrive within the next few days. As much as I have enjoyed this month off, I am more than ready to jump back in to treatments. I have started doing "infertile math" where I am counting days....if AF arrives on this day, my appointments would probably be on these days.... and my IUI's would probably be on those days.... and I would test around that date. I'm ready!
I am praying, praying, praying that those cysts are gone when I go to my cd 2/3 appointment!!!

I'm glad you got a true break!

Ahhh....I remember the fertility Math....I loved putting it all in spreadsheets and then ticking it off as each activity happened. So completely geeky...but we just have to feel as if we have control over "something". I'm so glad your break has been rejevenating. That is the best part of any break, forced or not. I'm looking forward to your next IVF and that awesome BFP that is in your future.

God always knows just what we need! I was sad at first to have to take a break after our last failed IVF cycle, but it turned out to be a really great thing. I was able to feel a little more "normal", even if only for a month.
I hope AF arrives on time that way you can get things started. I hope you are feeling relaxed and ready to go after this break!
I look forward to the day when I am completely done TTC and don't EVER have to think about my cycle again!
I'm glad you had some peace the last few weeks. :)
LOL! I am so glad I am not the only one who does "infertile math." I have been doing it all week. And then finally AF showed for me today. YAY! I will send you my extra AF dust so she will visit you ASAP and you can get the ball rolling. Good luck this cycle!!!
I'm so glad you had a real break from feeling infertile. And I've been busy doing the infertile math as well!
I'm so glad you had a relaxing break and you're ready to jump back into treatments again. Here's hoping the CD3 ultrasound shows no cysts so you can get going on IUI number two!
Praying that the cysts are gone!
Sounds like you had a nice relaxing break before starting up again.
Good luck with your upcoming cycle!
I love that your break has been so great! Can't wait for the CD2 update!

I'm so glad this month off has been so good for you! Hope your next appointment shows those cysts gone gone gone!!
Those cysts will be long gone by now! I can't wait for you to get started on this next cycle! Best of luck!
Ahhh. . . Good ole infertile math. I've done that math quite frequently. I'm so thankful that you had a rest in your soul. That is so important and will help you to move forward.
I am so glad that God has blessed you with peace this cycle!! I have been praying specifically that God would heal you and remove the cysts!!
I am so glad that you were able to feel refreshed during your break!! Praying that God will continue to wrap you in His peace as you jump back in to treatments.
PS - There's an award for you on my blog. I know you're super busy, so no pressure :)
Sending you prayers for cyst-free gorgeous ovaries!!
Oh my goodness. I just found your blog through the Bump. I have never needed encouragement more than today, and I cannot believe the Lord took me to your blog! I was reminded today that God's grace is more than enough for me, but reading all about your journey and how that Grace has been so beautifully bestowed upon you and your husband....yep, just what I needed to hear.
I hope to continue reading your blog. And I pray God's best for you!
Hoping the cysts are gone and you can start your next medicated cycle!
I don't think of myself (or us as a couple) as infertile either when we are on a break. At that point, we are just a normal couple, hanging out, having fun. :)
Very familiar with "IF math"!! Hope your IUI #3 is success!!! I'll be following... :)
